About the Space
Located 2 blocks from the beach and Venice boardwalk, this recently renovated condo is spacious and filled with light, making it ideal for shoots. The living room has a fire place and 18 foot ceilings that abut an outdoor, closed-in tiled patio. An open concept kitchen with kitchen island makes for a comfortable holding area along with 6 person dining table. There's a powder room and laundry on the first floor as well. Upstairs has 2 bedrooms (however, primary bedroom is not-included) and bathroom. The unit has two side-by-side parking spots in a gated garage.
