- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines

Beautiful space, and very kind and easy to work with landlords. We had a party for 60 people and it was perfect. We were able to move tables to suit our needs, bring in catering and drinks with no issues. Heaters made the evening nice and warm, clean bathroom, ice maker, and tv all helped elevate the event. Would definitely choose this place for another party or event.

This was the perfect space for our rehearsal dinner fiesta! The host was so accommodating and responded quickly to all my questions leading up to the event. This space comfortably fit my 55 guests. The host had individuals on site to helop us with any needs we had, like more chairs. Thank you!
