The host was very accommodating! His space was great and exactly what we needed. I was able to take headshots and portraits of my sister. He provided great lighting equipment, music, and extra accessories. It was a great shoot, and I'll definitely be booking again for future projects.

Overall the experience was challenging, the space was not what I was expecting or pictured. However, the Host, West, I do have a new revitalized assessment of him. West understood the challenges of the space, and has done everything in his power to make what wasn't the best experience, a reasonable experience. West is a stand up host, who truly believes in customer service and even more so, truly was extremely transparent, when I addressed my concerns and issues with the experience. He went above and beyond, to make what went wrong, right, and for that reason alone, I would do business with West again. I admire that he did not fight my request for a refund, and actually assisted in making sure I got my refund, on top of that he offered a complimentary session, because of this first challenging experience and not wanting to leave a bad taste in my mouth. I acknowledge after the refund, he did not have to offer the complimentary package, and that shows his character and his willingness to be a true problem solver. I respect the host, I'm grateful for his transparency and through this challenging process, I potentially have found someone that I am definitely willing to work with again, because his character and customer service acumen is truly on point. I understand we all have bad days, but it takes a real person to admit it, stand on and make attempts to RIGHT the Wrong. Thank you West and Thank you peerspace for doing what was right.

One of the the best photo experiences that I've had. I rented the studio space to do my own pictures. I arrived and was just felt like home a real welcoming experience. West told me he was a photographer, me being like a toddler with a camera he showed me how to do some things gave me ideas and resources to make what I wanted to happen happen. overall making my Girlfriend very happy confident and comfortable in the space and that all I could have really asked for.
