We clean all high touch areas and disinfect surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings

About the Space
Great space for product photo shoots. Newly architecturally renovated inside and out. Natural light and contemporary furnishings. The shared space includes the kitchen, dining room, and living room. Separate rooms include a kids play room, a kids bed room, and a master suite upstairs. Two outdoor roof top decks. A backyard with deck, tiles, and roll out canopy. Lighting description
The house is brightest in the afternoon. Mostly in the stairwell due to the sky light. The kitchen has the fewest windows so light can be controlled there best.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
We are on a mail street but we have all new double-paned windows which cuts down on the noise.

Equipment loading description
There is a small driveway if you need to load in through the garage into the house. Then it is a half stairway up to the main floor.
Staging area is available
The house has several rooms. So you can stage in any that you are not shooting in.
Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
General Rules
No smoking. You are free to move anything around as is needed for your shoot. Feel as if this is your space for the day.
All ages are allowed in the space
Furniture and decorations may be moved
No smoke machines allowed
Nudity is allowed
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a camera on the front of the house that records outside.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
