About the Space
Welcome to the stablegold estates event space. This large venue has two homes next door to each other for living and the middle space is the event space to utilize for your entertainment needs. The masters course is one mile around the corner. The space is in the heart of augusta and large patio and backyard entertaining space. A speaker system, recessed lighting, newly renovated all hardwood floors! Please inquire to book the space with the homes.

Parking description
Parking in front of the house. Plenty of space for multiple cars. Cars can also park on the side of the road.
General Rules
-No smoking inside the House.
-Outside catering allowed but host must be aware.
-This house can host up to 30 people.

Security cameras and recording devices
We have Viviant security system and a Ring Camera in the front door. Both are recording devices and audio. These cameras are only outside the house, we do not have ANY cameras inside the house.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
