About the Space

Our multi-purpose flexible space is available for private rental, perfect for photoshoots, pop-up exhibitions, mixers, seminars, corporate parties, private parties and more. Exposed post and beams structure, brick walls with concrete floors define the unique character of this space. Use of our custom designed entertaining kitchen & bar area featuring wine and beverage cooler, ice maker, dishwasher, beer tap, sink and microwave. Dedicated entrance with direct street access onto Fair Oaks Ave, in the heart of Old Pasadena. Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Yes, I would book again.

We had our post-COVID wedding reception party here, and it was incredible! This space is gorgeous, and the owners are the most wonderful people! They care about every detail, they are so thoughtful, and went above and beyond as hosts to help plan for and execute our party in their space. The bar is so classy, has a beautiful backdrop, and is very functional. The bartenders who we hired said it was the best bar they had ever worked at for a wedding party. The tech capabilities are totally easy and seamless if you need a microphone, projector, etc. The beautiful furniture makes the space feel so inviting, and could be rearranged to fit the event. The owners helped us plan the furniture arrangement to make the most sense, and were totally helpful throughout the whole planning and during the event, too! There was space for set-up and staging of rental items for our food and chairs, and everything was easier than I could have dreamed of because the space is just so well thought out and because the owners are so good at what they do. We could not have had such a wonderful party without them, and we wish them all the best for their future parties! The space is also a totally awesome co-working space during the week, and seems like the best work environment! They have thought of everything there!
