Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Between each booking, we have cleaners come in to disinfect all common areas and frequently touched surfaces.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

Welcome to our studio home! Our studio is great for dance classes, rehearsals or even meetings! We have 2 floors available for rent outside of our business operating times. All studios include full mirrors along the longest walls in each room. There are nice size windows in each room. To avoid interruptions from other guest. We only rent out the entire floor (1st or 2nd floor). We have 2 bathrooms. One male and one female bathroom on the basement level. Central air and heating is throughout the entire building. We have bluetooth speakers in each room that is included with renting. Chairs, Tables, & Our Projector can be provided only by request. There will be a separate fee for all additional items requested.

General Rules

No smoking of any kind inside the building No alcohol in the building No gum in the building Food and beverages should only be eaten in designated eating areas All trash must be put inside of the trash bins before leaving Please make sure you end on time as scheduled. There will be additional fees for guest that do not end at their scheduled time.

Security cameras and recording devices

All cameras will be on. We have 3 cameras outside Outside Cameras: One in the front of the building, another along the side of the building to capture the first door entrance, another along the side of the building to capture the second door entrance. Inside Cameras: Basement Hallway, Waiting Area & Office.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
