About the Space

We are a Photography Studio, as well as a beautiful, sun lit space for Art Exhibitions, Meditation Groups, Yoga Classes, Casting Auditions, Poetry Readings, Script Reads, Business Meetings, and more. Our front room is a 29ft x 20ft of beautiful white wall with white rustic wooden floors and a wall of windows looking towards the Manhattan Skyline. A sun drenched space for your clients to absorb your classes, meetings, rehearsals, filming, and Photoshoots. The space has a 15ft ceiling, which allows for a more open space! We have a separate HMU room so the makeup artist and models feel more comfortable; Can also be used as an office space to edit or just relax. Amenities include, Coffee maker, Tea pot, AC, Heater, water bottles, and mini snacks- All included in your booking! We have filled the Studio space with so many vintage pieces as decor but can also be used as props or photo setups! We have a Record player with many vinyl options; Can also be used as speakers, connect to your phones using Bluetooth name under "Wooden Music Center". Host Rules - Please select the correct number of guests for your booking. Failing to do so will incur of $20/hr fee. - No MOVING big furniture/Fixed backdrop Pull system without asking host first. Failing to comply will incur of a $150 fine fee PLUS item replacement fee if item is broke. - No confetti or glitter - $50 cleaning fee applied. - Absolutely no smoking or drinking in the building or space - $100 fine fee. - No LOUD music. You will be asked to leave if we receive complains. - No loitering in the hallways. - No shooting outside of studio premises, that includes ( hallways, stairs, elevator, rooftop). - Please don't unmount the pole backdrop system without informing us in advance. If you would like to use any of the color backdrops other than black & white, a C-Stand can be used. - Space must be left back to its original state. Clean up/wrapping up time should be included in the time booked. - Keys must be left in the Masterlock after the booking. Failing to do so will incur of $150 fee. *FREIGHT ELEVATOR: - The building has allocated freight elevators, and renter (s) are responsible for any and all accidents, damages, or injuries, incurred while renter (s) are using these elevators. *PERSON ELEVATOR: - The building has allocated person elevators, and renter (s) are responsible for any and all accidents, damages, or injuries, incurred while renter (s) are using these elevators. -No large equipment is to be loaded into person elevators. Any oversized equipment or carts must be loaded into freight elevators only. *LOADING DOCK: - There is a 24hr loading dock in the back of the building. Loading dock space is as available. Space cannot be held, or requested. There is no parking in the loading dock. Street parking is the only available parking, and is at renter (s) expense. * STUDIO SAFETY RULES AND REGULATIONS: - Someone from your production must be present at all times during the rental. The space may not be left vacant for any reason during rental. - Event, or production session must be contained within the studio. Absolutely no equipment, food, furniture, props, or otherwise is to be put into the hallways, or any other areas of the building. This is a violation of the building safety codes and is strictly enforced. Failure to comply with these guidelines will incur a $1,000.00 fine. - Minors must have adult supervision at all times. The studio accepts no liability for minors being left or unattended for any reason.

The space was just what we needed. Very clean and spacious. Easy instructions to follow and the owner was there to assist with anything we needed. Very pleasant and professional. We had no issues at all. Definitely will rent again.

This was my first time booking at this studio and would highly recommend! Even though it was a gloomy day, the studio was still beautifully lit for our production. The hosts were so responsive, easy to work with, Z even came in and checked on us to make sure we didn't have any questions before we started. The studio and their equipment were very well-organized and easy to locate/identify. They had different furniture pieces, cute little makeup station and V-Cards which were the most important to me. Only booked it for 5 hours but definitely would book full day productions there! The only thing to mention (which was not a major dealbreaker for me personally) is there is no bathroom in the studio so you do have to walk to the public restrooms located on the same floor. And although there are elevators please note you still do have some stairs you need to walk up with once you are inside the building to get to the lobby in case you are bringing equipment or heavy luggage.
