Activities for the space: -Out door relaxing in the front yard -Photo shoot -Interview -Audition -Creative meeting -Group work session -Family photoshoot -Clothing shoot -Sales meeting -Meeting -Family photoshoot -The first level consists of a half bath in the foyer area. In the foyer area you have original, exposed bricks, original wood doors and banisters. -The living room has red sofas, brown futon/bed, full length book shelves, 65" TV, red exposed bricks, and a brown ottoman. -The Dinning room has a red 70's styled record player with records, red exposed bricks, large dinning room table with 4 brown padded seats, red bench/sofa placed at the table for seating, -Adjacent the dinning room you have two 11 inches widex38 inches long opening with a yellow pot of snake plants, white with gray designed Quarts counter top, wood island table, large white cabinets, barn style sink, coffee machine, toaster oven, and a large stainless steel refrigerator and stove. The house can be used any way you would like. The salon is located in the basement. It consists or a 45" TV, 2 hooded hair dryers, barber's chair, salon station, shampoo bowl and chair, futon sofa/bed, large wall mirror, beautiful mural on the wall, and square wooden table with 4 stools. -Adjacent the hair salon, you have a bedroom with a kitchenette, mini refrigerator, dresser drawers, new twin bed, TV, and a closet mobile rack. -Outside the room there is a full sized refrigerator and a washer and dryer outside of the room along with a full bathroom with a Jacuzzi tub. -There is another bedroom on the 2nd level. It has a full size adjustable bed, adjustable desk, 55" TV, full length mirror, mini fridge, 2 dressers, a large black chalk board paint wall that has an original art work designed by me, and a full sized bathroom with a washer and dryer right at the top of the stairs. Renters can use the front yard for relaxing with friends on nice days, grilling food, listening to music, and small parties that can accommodate up to 8 people. Renters can use the back yard for parking or an additional space for more fun activities/parties. I can provide chairs, tables, tents, and etc. upon request.
