- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

About the Space
History of the space In the 70+ years our storefronts have been around they’ve been everything from a dress shop to a church to a hair salon. Now our light-filled shop is a crative workshop space. We’ve got a vintage woodshop vibe and loads of natural light. Neighborhood Details Just east of downtown Denver in City Park West, our shop is easily accessible. Logistics We have two adjoining storefront spaces that you will have access to during your rental. Our main workshop area is about 750 sq. ft. and has frosted glass south-facing windows, a large vintage chalkboard, four large work tables with stools, and a kitchenette. 20 adults will fit comfortably in the space. Our retail space has two chairs, a love seat, and additional tall tables and stools. Special rates associated with booking the space 20% discount for non-profit groups Limit 25 people on premises at any given time. Information about past bookings We’ve been hosting workshops, photoshoots, and special events (even a wedding!) for 8 years. We love to share our space!
