Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Our venue is thoroughly cleaned in between bookings to reduce the spread of any germs. This includes but not limited to sanitation of all surfaces.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space
This menu is about 10,000 ft.² with high ceilings, natural light, exposed brick and a few in-house decorations. The venue is perfect for corporate, charitable, birthday party style events. We no longer allow weddings in our venue. Rentals include tables, chairs, black or white linen. *We are only accepting requests for 2022. Event requests for 2023 will be denied.

- No outside catering is allowed without prior approval & insurance
- No outside beverages allowed on premise

Security cameras and recording devices
Cameras are facing the entrances, the bar, the kitchen, and the loading dock.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
