COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

We have a limited number of people that can be in the space per booking as well as time in-between for disinfecting.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

About the Space

This space is perfect for any style of photo shoot or video shoot. The studio is located in a 10,000 square-foot warehouse on the loft with high ceilings, exposed brick, and natural light. The studio currently has Babe Cave inspired decor with an actual 'cave' in the middle of the studio. There are 5-6 rotational photo installations including but not limited to a plush swing, designer wall with anatomically correct butterflies and luxury shadow boxes. *Options to rent the entire warehouse can be made available. **We are only accepting requests for 2022. Event requests for 2023 will be denied.

General Rules

- No moving furniture and decorations - No smoking in the building - No outside catering is allowed without prior approval & insurance - No alcohol is allowed on premise

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

There are recording devices on the first and second floors of the space along the back wall facing the venue and front entrances and the bars

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
