About the Space

***Holiday Ready!***Perfect space for photoshoot, filming, and content creation in a high rise condo in Uptown Charlotte. The unique, luxe design shows up on camera very well and is the perfect creative space. Great for Boudoir photoshoots :) Plenty of natural light! Pool on site! Free onsite parking M-F 8am-6pm. Located in the Fourth Ward Historic District, this stylish condo offers easy access to the best parts of Uptown Charlotte. Close to all of the action, the condo is located within walking distance to the Lynx Blue Line Light Rail (3 blocks) Spectrum Center (4 blocks), Bank of America Stadium (9 blocks) and all uptown corporate businesses, restaurants and clubs, shopping, museums and theater.

General Rules

No smoking inside condo or on balcony. No pets allowed. No loud noises after 8pm. Noise should be kept to a moderate level from 8am-8pm. Food is allow, but please tidy up after yourself. Furnished may be rearranged to accommodate your needs, but please place furniture back in its original place before leaving. All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require pre-approval, and may require additional cleaning fee. Please allot enough time for set up and clean up when booking. Additional charges may apply for late departures.

Furniture and decorations may be moved

Furniture should NOT leave the building but can be rearranged. Must put back in original place prior to departure

Space is professionally cleaned and disinfected between each bookings.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
