About STUDIO AATELIER
This space is located amidst the heart of Highland Park, a beautiful surrounding area of family owned businesses/restaurants. This is a place in central jersey welcoming art in every form. AATELIER STUDIOUS provides a functional art space to execute photoshoots, Editorials, Videoshoots, Podcast Sets, TikTok/Reel videos & even Small intimate music performances (live bands, Instrumentalist, & DJ's)!

Free street parking on Raritan ave as well as the streets nearby. As well as a large parking lot behind the Rite-Aid next door.
General Rules
No Smoking in the building.
No alcohol allowed.
Music played at a reasonable volume during building business hours.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Facility is disinfected, swept, and mopped between every shoot. Hand sanitizer, gloves, and mask are on hand if needed. Building cleaning staff cleans end of everyday as well.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has HEPA-certified air filters
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic
