Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures
Entire space is thoroughly cleaned and disinfected after each booking.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

About the Space
Welcome to our Studio! We are a daylight studio space in Clinton Hill, Brooklyn available for photo + video shoots, art installations, pop ups, yoga class, meetings, and other small events, etc. The space is a bright and clean, newly renovated, 850 sq ft daylight white box studio with 12' ceilings. The space is up two quick flights of stairs, on the 3rd floor. There is no elevator. The rental includes use of all equipment (listed below), with the exception of seamless paper which is $15/pull.

Parking description
Street parking is available directly outside, as well as on the surrounding streets.
General Rules
- Renters must respect the other tenants of the building. No excessive loud music or noise.
- No smoking in the space please.
- You cannot prop the building's door open (an alarm will go off if it stays open too long).
- Please don't leave anything in the building hallway.
- Renters must get approval before bringing any hard to clean materials or props! For example: glitter, confetti, powder, oils, wax, fog machine, etc. Failure to do so will result in an extra cleaning fee.
- Leave the space how you found it. Keep things clean, return EQ to its rightful place.
- Trash in the trash, recyclables in the recycling!
- No hanging out or loitering in the building hallways. Respect the neighbors!
- No unsupervised children, Anyone under 18 yrs old must be accompanies by an adult.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
There is a security camera facing the door / windows of the studio space. The camera can be turned off by request.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
