About the Space
The Content Creation Studio is separate from the coworking and private office area. The room has two windows for natural light. The studio also has a door that can lock for privacy. You will have access to capture photos in other spaces of the building (conference rooms, offices, lounge with the orange couch, reception desk, etc.).

Exterior Security Cameras Only. There are no internal cameras inside of the space.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We are committed to keeping a safe, clean, and professional space for all of our guests.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
The space has the following features:

- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
