All areas are disinfected after every booking for your safety.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

Beautiful pink photo and beauty studio; this is a great space for your next photoshoot or beauty event. The space has different areas to shoot, along with a common area with a makeup vanity so you can get glammed here before your shoot or if you are a makeup artist you can host your next class/event here. Paper Backdrops are available to use, throne chair, arch, lights and a photo monitor so your models can see what you're shooting.

Parking spaces right at the front of the building.

General Rules

-Smoke inside the building is not allowed however there's a smoking area in the balcony. -If you need to re-arrange furniture you must place it back to its original place at the end of your booking. -Any trash must be picked up and cleaned.

All ages are allowed in the space

Security cameras and recording devices

Security cameras on site however can be turned off upon request.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
