Step into our vibrant space, filled with a lush, Indian-inspired aesthetic. Our home is the embodiment of nourishing space for lovers of color:) Saturate your senses in our artistic vision. Use our unique environment centered on an aesthetic of warmth and joy for your creative backdrop/art-making space. Living room doubles as meditation space (our home temple), and two outdoor spaces: our front porch or the "oasis in the city" themed patio. The dining area doubles as the art studio/workspace and I also hold small workshops in this space. The house can serve as a great backdrop for your next creative project. Parking: Typically easy street parking on our block and nearby. ALWAYS check to see if you're parking in an unmetered or metered spot to ensure you don't get a ticket. Philadelphia Parking Authority doesn't mess around.

Lighting description
Like an average Philly row house we have natural light that comes in through the window, with the best light from ~7 am-3 pm. When the curtains and blinds are opened we get a good amount of light during the day, and closing them can control the light dramatically. All rooms have heavy velvet blackout curtains, except the bathroom. Standard size windows throughout house.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
Our block is relatively quiet for a Philly neighborhood. It is a row house so occasionally you can hear sounds through the walls. We're on a half street so there isn't much traffic, but the intersecting street is larger and can be a little more noisy at times when larger vehicles like buses are passing by. All ACs are window units and can be turned off if the noise is too much. The heat can also be turned off from the thermostat (forced air).

You can enter the property through the front entrance on the patio. There is a small set of stairs to get up the patio. So a ramp would be needed if trying to roll a cart in.
There is no loading zone, it's a residential block. So you can park truck on block, put on flashers, unload and then park truck in an available spot.

Electrical system description
The circuit breaker is in the basement, on the back wall near the laundry machines.
This is an old row house so I'm unsure of the power rating. But it isn't a high power house (knob & tube).
There are outlets in all rooms running above the baseboards in different locations. There are also a couple extension cords and outlets you can move around as needed.

Special Note: The art in the space is subject to change. My living room is also my home temple, so if filming is done in this area, all religious items will be replaced with alternative items.

Things can be moved around within the space if done so carefully. No items can be removed from the building.
P.S. Nudity is permitted but I must verify that everyone who is appearing nude has fully consented to do so and that ethical standards for safety & health are being followed. I must ensure all workers are being protected who are in my home.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
I clean my home daily following CDC recommendations to make sure guests are safe. I run an Airbnb and Pet Boarding service as well so keeping my home clean is a #1 priority for my businesses.
I expect guests to return the place to the state they found it in. Clean any messes made while you use the space. Return any moved items/furniture to their original location(s). Thank you kindly.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This space absolutely lives up to it’s name. It is bright and lively and is filled with inspiration. I used this for a film shoot and it just added that unique feel I was looking for.
