About the Space

. Our white & green chromakey cyc walls are for catalog, fashion, music, photo & video productions. Do let us know which wall you intend to use so we can prepare it for you. . Free of charge are: chairs, sofas, props, fog machine, fans, heavy-duty stands, extension cables, and RGB/White LEDs lights, 4x8 white/black panels. . Full AC and free WiFi . Heavy-duty lighting stands, ladders, and extension cables. . Some LED lights are available for video. . 12' 6" High Ceiling, 1000' shooting space + 1000' storage space . Makeup area, Greenroom, bathroom, Studio shooting area . Assistant available on set ($200 - $250/ day, let us know your budget) . Complete PA system with Bluetooth . Imac 27" with photoshop, Capture One 21 for tethering, and Lightroom clothing racks & industrial steamer. .Aputure Nova 300c RGB panel w/softbox, grid, sandbag, and stand (additional $35)

Parking description

Look for a white tent/canopy on our parking lot. We are next to an empty radio tower corner lot. It's a red brick building. Free Parking on our lot and on the street.

Space does not have natural light

Lighting description

Warehouse Miami Studio - Aputure Nova 300W RGB w/softbox and stand ($45 additional) -No natural window lights at this time. -Blackout windows and our studio is possible.

Space is not soundproof

Ambient noise description

NOT suitable for sound recording from 9-4pm. Our neighboor can be a little bit noisy at times, but they leave at 5pm each day Mond - Fri. After 5pm and weekends are quitest, and most suitable to record with sound. Supercardiod directional mic is recomended for best sound recording.

Our Miami industrial warehouse studio: Just back up your cars and roll in your gear. We are on the ground floor, with no steps. BTW! Leave your stands, fans, stools, tables, extension cords, and clothing racks at home; we have plenty here. Now you can pack much lighter.

Electrical system description

We have a total of 160 amps. 40 of which is for the 5 ton air conditioning unit. Approximately 80 amps are available for your use at NO additional cost. We have amble extension cords and power strips, they are laid out for you to use.

General Rules

- 4/20 Friendly - Pets-friendly environment. - Alcohol is permitted. - We handle the trash and clean up; that's on us. - If a clean white or green floor is required, a $35 dollar paint fee is required. Contact us first. We don't always paint them because not everyone shoots full body. But if you do, let us know. - 4-8 hr rentals; if a white or green floor is required, do let us know 24hrs prior to shooting time so we can paint it at no additional cost.

Front Door/Parking security camera is always for parking security purposes.

Health and Safety Measures

Our trash is taken out daily, and all table surfaces are disinfected before and after every shoot.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Hand Sanitizer
