Enhanced COVID-19 Health & Safety Measures

Shared spaces are wiped and disinfected at the end of every day and also after every use. Masks are optional in common areas and outdoor patio use is encouraged.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
Disposable masks / face coverings
Hand Sanitizer

About the Space

This room is our smallest (and brightest!) interior office. Currently, the office is set up with one large 84" desk which could accommodate two people. This office could fit up to a maximum of 3 people in a pinch, but it's probably best suited for 1-2. Please inquire via Peerspace messaging if you are interested.

Parking description

Free short term street parking (15 minutes) is often available right in front of the building. 2 hour street parking parking is rare on this block but can be found early in the morning or late in the afternoon. We provide underground parking spots (up to 5) for $10/day. Additional parking spots available from building management for $5/hour or $30/day.

General Rules

No smoking on premises (including patio). Please keep door closed during your calls in consideration of other offices. An earlier start or a later finish will be considered on a case by case. OVERTIME: Per Peerspace's policy, overtime will be billed in half-hour increments. The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Overtime will be billed in half-hour increments at a rate of 1.5 times our stated hourly rate. CLEANING / DAMAGE: Cleaning fee is included in the hourly rate, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace. FURNITURE: Please notify us in advance if you need to move furniture in the space to suit your event needs. MISCELLANEOUS: There is no smoking allowed in the space. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated. Please refer to Peerspace’s Terms and Conditions for all other rules.

Security cameras and recording devices

Common areas such as hallways and kitchen are covered by motion activated security cameras.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.
