About the Space
I am thrilled to share my home with you! I've rented out my space for events like film locations, photo shoots, movie screenings, social gatherings, yoga sessions and meditations. Right now I am mainly offering only my back yard for hourly or daily rentals, but feel free to inquire if you have a specific ask. For your convenience, there is also a full bathroom and kitchen right next to the entrance to the outdoor space.

Only food preparation is allowed on-site
The kitchen has a refrigerator and freezer for your use. Additional items in the kitchen are only available upon request.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance

Terrific space where I had a small graduation party. The host was so kind and welcoming, providing all information needed ahead of time. The space was clean, lush and private plus in a great location. Definitely would book again!

The space was perfect, we requested to see pictures of the current space and she sent them over right away. The space was super great and having access to a bathroom and an extra room was great. Abbie was super responsive and a pleasure to work with. We would absolutely rent again!

Abigail was so great to work with. It actually felt like a collaboration, simultaneously with feeling trusted in their space. Total dream. It was as advertised. And we shot a short film! The sound was a little hard with the train a block away, but we were shooting in short bursts, so it was manageable. Just something to keep in mind. The space is worth it.
