This is a beautiful loft-inspired space located in historic Old Oakland. It is 1,700 sqft, has large windows, and great light. It's perfect for events, off-sites, workshops, photoshoots, etc. You will have access to your own kitchen, as well shared restrooms. This is a completely blank canvas that you can turn into your vision. Please note that we cannot book this space more than 30 days in advance, and feel free to inquire through Peerspace messaging for more information!

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
