About the Space
Hello, Several location spots for a variety of filming environments. Rustic home 1 1/2 story 2 bedroom home with wood burning stove, long dining table, wrap around porch, garden and a large yard. Garage A 40x30 multi leveled open floor space with a sloping roof that increases in height from 13 foot to 25 foot high ceilings. Trailer home with extended rooms. Dilapidated trailer home with 2 additions. 13'x17' and 10'x10' sized rooms. Nestled atop a ramped road secluded by trees. Roadway/off-road A flat to high angled unfinished sloping road/path leading to the top of Reubens Peak.

Very large parking area 8-10 cars. 5 car garage. Highway can be used for semi's for wardrobe, power etc..
2 alternative areas on property for more parking and livable trailers.

Lighting description
Each location's lighting conditions are regulated by the time of day.
The areas nestled by surrounding trees are shaded throughout the day.
The cabin has exposure to all day sunlight with tree shading as the day progresses.
The homestead has 10 am to 6.30 pm sun exposure during summer and fewer hours of sun during winter.
The trailer location has 80% sun exposure throughout the day simular to the homestead.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The roadway is a major route through the area, however, the traffic conditions are sporadic.
The cabin experiences no traffic noise conditions.

Electrical system description
Fuse. The homestead has a 100 Amp fuse box. A sublimentary electric source will be required for a large shoot.

Health and Safety Measures
Return to original location any furniture that may be moved.
Sweep floor.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
