About the Space
Our cafe space is the perfect venue for a variety of private events including photoshoots, bridal showers, corporate meetings, dinners, and brand pop-ups. Host your event in a bright, inviting, plant-filled cafe with seating for up to 30 guests. Tables and seating can be moved around as needed. Play your own music through our speaker system or bring in a live performer.

Additional time needed:
As stated in Peerspace's policy, the venue must be fully vacated and all additional items must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. Additional time will be billed in 30 minute increments at a rate of 1.5 times the hourly rate.
Cleaning + Damages:
Guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guests must remove any equipment or rentals brought in, and should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
Furniture:
Please notify us in advance if you need to rearrange our tables or move additional furniture into the space to suit your event needs.
Other:
No smoking allowed in the space. No pets allowed in the space. Outside catering is allowed. All ages are allowed in the building.

Security cameras and recording devices
Security cameras are installed throughout the cafe and are video monitored for safety. These are located near the front and back entrances as well as in the main dining areas.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Dining area and common areas are disinfected and wiped thoroughly before booking time begins. Hand sanitizer is available throughout the space. Bathrooms are equipped with soap and paper towel for handwashing.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
