Also Our Top Of The Line Recording Studios is Perfect for Recording Sessions, Mixing and Mastering as Well as Engineering and Audio Prodcution. Studio is Equipped with Protool and Logic Pro in addition to a Neuman TML 103 Microphone. The Studio is also Equipped with Akai Beat Pad and Keyboard for all Music Production Needs. This space is a one stop shop With the Recording Studio and Production room for any photo and video shoots. This location also has on site rental cars to spice up any occasion. The Recording studio is Equipped with all industry standard equipment as well as top of the line production equipment that will make any producer fall in love. The warehouse is prefect for music videos and podcast branding and special photoshoots.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected

  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
