About the Space

This is our alluring 2,400 SF modern resort style home on a 10,000 SF lot with up to 15 foot ceilings and an open concept contemporary great room and kitchen. It is naturally lit from all four sides with bright, big windows that allow sunlight in at all times of the day. This home features: BACKYARD / FRONT YARD: * A massive entertainment backyard with a resort-style heated pool, jacuzzi, cabana seating area with lounge chairs, putting green, corn hole, horseshoe pit, grill and a fire pit seating area * Large Landscape front yard with white rocks and multiple palm trees — great for photos and videos Kitchen: * Modern white kitchen with plenty of counter space and stainless steel appliances * 9 FT Waterfall quartz Island with bar stools * Two toned custom kitchen cabinetry * Designer faucets/hardware/fixtures Living Room: * Contemporary furniture with a modern LED fireplace wall * Dining area that seats 8 with views of the pool table and backyard Entertainment Room: * Pool Table (Neutral beige color) with seating and customized lights to give it a pool vibe * Board games and a bar area for light entertaining with 4 bar stools Bedrooms: * 4 bedrooms * Primary bedroom overlooking the pool with an suite bathroom and sliding barn yard door * Canopy bed with modern furniture Location: * Conveniently located 5-10 minutes from the Airport, Strip, Allegiant Stadium and Henderson * Right off the freeway

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
The space has the following features:

I hosted my daughter’s baby shower and this home was the perfect place. Very clean. and had everything you need for entertaining. Mike and Daisy were prompt in responding to any questions and very easy to reach. Made sure we had everything we needed. They were there at the home to greet me and show me around. Exceptional place to rent for any venue. Pool great for kids they loved it! I would definitely book again. Thank you Mike and Daisy!

I absolutely LOVED this space.I booked it for a birthday brunch and fell in love as soon as I stepped foot inside. Our host Mike was wonderful and made we had everything we needed while using this space.Would definitely book again!!!

Mikes house was the perfect spot for my 30th birthday. The pool and jacuzzi were great for the kids. The kitchen is huge and the open layout was great for gathering. We loved the additional amenities including a pool table, cornhole, patio, and fire pit. Daisy, the property manager was amazing. Very nice, attentive, and helpful. Would highly recommend booking
