Small, but pretty rooftop garden also available with classic water tower views (charming and quintessential old NYC sky scape) Lacquered grass green large living room with massive pop-artist Duggie Fields paintings and a 6’x7’ gilded ornate antique mirror- Red/yellow checkered tiled open kitchen - a leopard printed wallpapered master bedroom, zebra palm papered long hallway- Chinoiserie papered entry with antique Moroccan carved door in cobalt blue. Endless possibilities for creative photo shoots ( I was a fashion stylist for 20+ years and would have loved to shoot in this newly renovated apartment!) Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
