About the Space
This Whisper Room SE is located in a quiet office space and is set up for either self recording, or recording with an audio engineer. The primary use of this booth is for Voice Acting, Voice Over, and Audio Book Narration. It features an included Audio Technica AT2035 Cardioid Condenser Microphone connected to a Focusrite 2i2 USB interface to an externally run Mac mini. This mac mini runs Reaper Audio Software for self recording. We can also supply an audio engineer to record your voice overs for you.

General Rules
No smoking in the building
Smoking is discouraged prior or during use of the space, since this is a small enclosed audio booth, even residual smell can be transferred and contaminate the space.
Outside Catering is allowed
No alcohol is allowed after 8pm
There will be someone at the studio at all times during your visit. They can assist you in setting up and getting started, but are not technical support unless booked as an audio engineer.
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Our security system includes a camera in the lobby, and another in the control room the recording booth is in. Several other cameras focus on storage rooms and doors.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We make sure to clean the surfaces. The booth itself has a HEPA filter which is run between rentals, and the entire office space has a HEPA filter which runs during business hours.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
