About the Space
This well appointed space is great for so many diverse uses. The set up is perfect for small events & celebrations like petite weddings, rehearsal dinners, anniversaries, baby showers, birthdays and such! The high ceilings and natural light is also inviting for photo shoots and workshops. The existing furnishings have been chosen with both aesthetic and usefulness in mind! You won't need the added cost or time needed to rent or import necessary chairs/tables/etc. Keep this in mind when looking at the option for add-on in-house decor! This is, after all, a decor studio! An open kitchenette makes for great beverage service and there is a designated area that can be set up with buffet tables for food service as well. The garage door that opens into an outdoor space which borders on the greenway is a great bonus. There is an outdoor area with seating that sits on the greenway and is a beautiful extension of the space. **The intention for this space is to enjoy lovely celebratory events. If you are looking to host a rave/raucous party this is not the space for your event. Thank you for honoring this request! More info on pricing...the hourly rate "starts at" $150 for Mon-Fri from 9:00 AM -4:00 PM Just like other rentals such as Airbnb or VRBO peak rental times cost more...weekends are a higher hourly rate due to the studio holding other events that are booked outside of this platform. Perfect space for my daughters wedding rehearsal dinner!!! There were about 25-30 guests and we catered in a taco bar buffet. Leslie was amazing!!! (We had opted for the extra assistance). They helped us get oriented to the space, helped with set up, met the caterer, set up the buffet, took care of us all during the entire night which allowed us all to visit and enjoy the evening. The space is perfect! Absolutely gorgeous (looks are deceiving when you first pull up to the building but trust me!! You’ll love it!!) There is an elevator that allows for guests with mobility issues to easily access the space. Once you’re in the room there are several seating areas and several choices for room arrangement based on your needs. Our set up had 2 sofas, several cool chairs, 3 dining tables that sat between 6-10 folks, plus 2 high top tables, and an outdoor area that looked over the greenway. 💯 would recommend and if we ever need a space again I wouldn’t hesitate to book this space!!!
