For all bookings 1-2 location managers will be on site the entire time. The location managers will set up in one of the rooms not being filmed in. 1)For any scenes filming in the bedroom that requires actors to sit or use the bed, you are required to provide your own sheets and blankets. 2)There is no fighting and no smoking allowed. No smoking allowed on the property at all. 3)Please be mindful of handling sharp object and respectful of the property. You will be responsible for refunding any damages you cause. 4)Please note I require that everyone wear a mask the entire time. Actors can only remove mask while they are filming but must put their mask back on in between set ups and scenes. 5)We require you and your crew to clean any mess, take out your trash that was created, and reset the entire apartment to the way it originally was before leaving. If you do not clean or reset the apartment to its original condition you will be fined a fee. 6)Production insurance is required for filming at our location. You must provide proof of production insurance by email. Anyone booking for filming purposes must answer the following questions: 1)Can you explain what happens in the film? 2)Do you have production insurance and can you send me a copy of your production insurance? 3)Which rooms are you interested in using? 4)Are there any scenes with shouting or loud talking/noises? 5)Are there any scenes with any fighting/violence? 6)Are there any scenes with any nudity, sex, or simulated sex? 7) For consideration can you email a copy of your script
