Weddings,bar/bat mitzvah,baby showers, birthday parties, parties, photo and video shootings, meetings, workshops, all kind of dance activities, meditation, yoga, martial arts, singing rehearsals, music rehearsals, auditions, lectures etc… We offer two beautifully distinct rooms. The Social Room offers an intimate setting perfect for small parties, a ceremony, cocktail hour, or simply a quiet spot for chatting and relaxing when you need a rest from activities in the Ballroom. The historic Ballroom is a large open room, providing plenty of space for dining, dancing, and special events. Magenta Dance Place is a full service venue with staff on-site throughout your event to assist with vendor deliveries, parking direction, and greeting guests. All function rooms are accessible by elevator. The historic Ballroom allows both small and large groups to feel the charm and grace of the 1860s. When allowing space to use the wonderful dance floor, the Ballroom accommodates up to 120 for a plated event and 110 for a buffet dinner. A buffet event with an open concept seating arrangement, where guests share the seating (often with the use of hi-top tables), will accommodate 140 maximum, including hosts and hired staff. Magenta Dance Place provides a prep-kitchen/catering facility, chairs, seating with 5ft round tables (tables seat 8-10), 5ft and 6ft buffet tables, and 4ft accessory tables. You are welcome to use any caterer, DJ, band, or event service company you wish. We have several we are happy to recommend. You are always welcome to bring your own favorite dish. Our prep-kitchen is available for you and your caterer's needs. Catering and special event service companies offering on-site services must provide a certificate of insurance for general liability coverage. If you wish to serve alcohol we will provide the name of our preferred bar service to hire. Bar services must provide a certificate of insurance for liquor and general liability coverage.

Sergiy was very responsive, professional and stayed with us during the entire event. The space was AMAZING..just like the pictures, maybe even better in person. I organized a fundraising event and the space was intimate enough to host our guests. Everyone that left said they would book this location because of the experience they had on this event. Sergiy is super helpful and makes sure that we have everything we need. The hall is spacious and yet cozy and intimate. The only negative is parking, which is limited. We recommend this space for your next event!
