About the Space
Great guest house and backyard/side yards to film. Craftsman house that will bring a unique look to any shoot. There are also lots of different spots within the backyard to achieve different looks without huge location move. Included: Guest House (500 sq. ft) with a bathroom, shower and small kitchen area Trampoline Garage One medium sized yard 2 Side runway yards with unique foliage on each side.

Parking description
There is street parking for 2 hours on Downing and all day spots open on both cross streets. There is also an alley to load and unload equipment.

Equipment loading description
Equipment should be loaded through the alley. After unloading the cars/ truck should be moved onto sunview, broad view or Downing (Downing is 2 hour parking up until 6pm)

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
Electrical system description
There is plenty of electrical in the guest house , access through the garage and outdoor plugs

General Rules

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Furniture can be moved outside and should be returned to starting positions. There is no furniture (at the moment) in the guest house

Security cameras and recording devices
Everything in front, backyard and alley are recorded on Ring.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
This is space is 50/50 indoor / outdoor so there are many places for the guests to be far away from each other and the space is cleaned thoroughly in between shoots.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
