The Norco Ridge Ranch Estate is a venue space for intimate gatherings large or small such as birthdays, corporate events and weddings. There will be an onsite staff member present during every event to be available in need of assistance and who will help manage the accessing of the property and the departure of all guests. General Rules Please respect your booking check-in and check-out times. We need to lock up the space promptly at your scheduled check-out time. Full cleanup and clearing out can easily take 30 minutes to an hour, so please be mindful of the time. If you need to stay past your scheduled check-out time, overtime is charged at our hourly rate, per Peerspace policy. • No overly loud music. This is our neighborhood city code's noise ordinance and unfortunately cannot be waivered. • No music with explicit/obscene lyrics allowed. • No smoking of any kind on the property. • One Restroom available, accessed directly from the backyard. • Outdoor catering is allowed. • Guests must provide Peerspace additional insurance and valid permits for all vendors. • Furniture must be moved back to where you found it. • Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking. Please factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours. If there is an excessive mess left behind, we will have to charge you additional cleaning fee. • We are not responsible or liable for any accidents, injuries or illness that occur while on the property. We are not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables during your stay. We cannot be responsible for any items left behind. • Any damages (walls, restroom, cement, grass, grounds, furniture, etc.) and any property missing will result in additional charges being billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
