Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

The space has informational signage including:
- Narrow passages have arrows for bi-directional traffic

About the Space
A comfortable space for meetings, podcasts, photography, and filming location. Perfect for conferences. Private space for podcasting. 8" tall ceilings and a floor-to-ceiling West facing window. Equipment provided (upon request): fabric backdrop with mount (black, white, and green screen), camera tripod x2, 2 Neewer flash with triggers, and colour adjustable lightboxes. You may request us to move furniture around to suit your needs. Please note that we ask only photography takes place during office hours (M-F, 9-6pm) as the office cannot promise radio silence if you need to record audio.

Lighting description
The 253 square feet studio is an open concept area that has 8-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling west facing windows along 1 wall. The windows provide natural lighting and the blinds can be drawn to block unwanted light.
The studio can be used for portrait photography, videography (especially for social media or live streams), editing, and as a podcast recording studio.
The space also comes with an 8-seater conference table that can be used as a meeting space or as desk space to edit content and/or record audio.

Equipment needs to be carried to second floor. Not accessible as there is no elevator.

The kitchenette is also available with 24-hour notice. It comes with a fridge, air fryer, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and espresso machine. Basic cutlery and dishes are available as well.
Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed
