Plenty of parking in the lot in front of the building, however, it does fill up a bit more during business hours.

The 253 square feet studio is an open concept area that has 8-foot ceilings and floor-to-ceiling west facing windows along 1 wall. The windows provide natural lighting and the blinds can be drawn to block unwanted light. Also, there are fluorescent light panels and studio track lights available. The studio can be used for portrait photography, videography (especially for social media or live streams), editing, and as a podcast recording studio. The space also comes with an 8-seater conference table that can be used as a meeting space or as desk space to edit content and/or record audio.

Stairs

Equipment needs to be carried to second floor. Not accessible as there is no elevator.

The kitchenette is also available with 24-hour notice. It comes with a fridge, air fryer, sink, kettle, coffee maker, and espresso machine. Basic cutlery and dishes are available as well.

There are three outlets available to use.

Please clean area before leaving. Use coaster with drinks on conference table. No smoking in building. No alcohol allowed. Any damages to wall or furniture will be invoiced for repairs
