About the Space
Modern chic hilltop Laguna Beach home with unobstructed views of Laguna Beach, Newport Beach as well at Catalina Island. You'll feel like you are above the clouds, the sunsets and impeccable and provide a beautiful backdrop for shoots and golden hour events. The backyard has space for 16 people. You are welcome to bring additional tables, chairs, or catering. We've had soundbaths, breathwork and yoga journeys and mini retreats in our backyard. The living room is an extension of the backyard connected by sliding doors for an indoor/outdoor setting. The house is flushed with natural light as well as electric shades for privacy. The space lends itself well to small and intimate gatherings that will leave your guest in awe of the views. The kitchen is spacious and bright. Everything is upgraded with modern appliances and furniture.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
