About the Space
Large newly built architecturally designed house in Ocean Grove, multiple areas indoors and outdoors all available for use, natural light in every room. Unique design throughout the house - large 6 car garage has multiple use for event space, studio space Neighboring properties also ours and available for rent - two large houses side by side in a small street the two houses being the only two houses with frontage on this part of the street The house behind the two houses is also ours and will be available for rent in the coming months but this being ours increases privacy A unique space for team meetings, offsites and company away days.

Health and Safety Measures
The property is professionally cleaned after every booking, the indoor space is very large and well ventilated
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
