The space is perfect for a team of 5-10 people and offers shared access to restrooms and a kitchenette. It can come with a separate room that has space for 6-12 more desks.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

This workspace was exactly what we needed for our small team for the day. Pre-reservation: Our host was amazing with communication. Seamless and quick to respond to my numerous questions ;) Day Of: We had a couple small issues accessing the space with the provided app, but the host resolved them right away. The space was clean and bright. Wifi was strong and the location was perfect for our team event at the Giants game. Would be interested in using again!

The space was exactly right for the crowd we had, silent and clean. Internet Access was fast and worked without a hiccup. The host was kind enough to give us access to a mutualized phone room, but whoever needed to have an urgent confidential call in the team said someone had left lunch trash in it and that it smelled really bad - so maybe the feedback is to make sure that this room specifically is being cleaned every day ? Besides that, the host was really great to deal with and accommodating. I will most likely use it again. - Greg

Kelly is great to work with and really responsive to any issues that arise. We had a good experience, and the meeting space is great and had what we needed. Our one issue was that we couldn't really get the room to heat up - as much as we messed with the thermostat.
