About the Space
Newly renovated single family ranch style home with 3 bedroom, 1 bath. Experience cool ambiance, clean space and decor with a private outdoor area and a fenced in large backyard. This place is perfect for photo shoots, content creation, Youtube/TikTok/Instagram Videos, Blogging and film /video production - much more. This modern home has plenty of space to cook, relax, dine and unwind. Fully stocked and equipped modern kitchen, complete with modern appliances and cookware. Wifi available. There is a 2 hour minimum to book our space. Any time over the requested booking time will incur an additional hour.

Tandem Parking is available on property. Can accommodate up to 3 cars in driveway.
General Rules
- No smoking or vaping inside the house.
- All borrowed items or furniture must be returned to their previous / original location upon checkout
- No pets allowed
- Guests must remove any equipment they bring into the space by the end of the booking
- Please - No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file with Peerspace.
- NO confetti or glitter allowed

Security cameras and recording devices
Our home has external facing Ring flood light video cameras for added security.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Health and Safety Measures
The house is cleaned in between guests and double checked to ensure cleanliness
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
