About the Space

Modern Loft in historic downtown Ashland, 30 minutes between Lincoln and Omaha, for film, photography and productions. Very unique modern Loft filled with vintage furnishings, collectibles and art. The 1890's building was gutted and renovated by the owner who has ties to the local town and uses it as a vacation home. Great view of main street with 8' tall windows and 11' tall ceilings. Original elevator is parked in the foyer along with 4 cruiser bikes to ride around town. A great location to explore the small town during your creative production. Guests will have full access to the Loft which includes a fully equipped kitchen, a great room with great views of downtown, living room, office space along the galley kitchen.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
