About the Space
This is a one-of-a-kind space located on a large historic property that is ideal for all varieties of gatherings. The "Underground Stage" has natural lighting during the day and black light that can be used at night making it ideal for photo/video shoots. Please include the following: * Number of attendees should be 100% accurate. For any adds after booking has been made, please contact for approval. * Desired date(s) * Exact hours you will need (ie. 7am-7pm) including load-in/load-out, setup and tear-down * Equipment & lighting specs * Large shoots must start packing up at the end 15-20 min prior to end time * Only trained pets allowed with a Pet fee. This an Urban Cultural Center located in the heart of Allapattah.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
The space is thoroughly cleaned and surfaces are disinfected on a regular basis. The floor is swept, moped and vacuum. The trash is collected and taken out daily. In the disinfection process a lot of alcohol and bleach is used to maximize the elimination of germs and dirt. We provide hygiene products such as hand sanitizer, soap and hand wipes.
Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
