About the Space
Colorful, bright, and beautifully decorated home in Lakewood, CA. 2 living spaces provide options and variety for any look. The main living and dining area are bright and colorful with a large west facing window. The kitchen peekaboos through to both the dining and wood paneled den. The master bedroom has a clean and simple feel (available upon request at additional cost). The space is perfect for photo and video shoots, commercials, music videos, product photography, and any other type of production. Driveway is available for easy load in and load out, with tons of parking on the street and even more parking on the adjacent street very close by. The backyard is a blank slate, with access from the side of the house - perfect for loading equipment in/out, storage, and craft service setup.

General Rules
We very much enjoying sharing our home for productions, however, we do require a few rules to protect our beautiful home:
-Please be prepared to remove shoes, or have clean booties due to the white carpet.
-Please have tennis balls for the bottom of stands.
-Please do not place equipment on hard surfaces (dining table, kitchen counters) without a furniture pad or protection laid down first.
-Camera tripods must have rubber feet. Tripods with exposed metal feet will not be allowed in the house without proper protection.
-Please ask before adhering anything to walls - be prepared with paper or painters tape, no gaffers tape or duct tape on interior or exterior walls. (Nothing to be adhered to colored wall)
-You may move furniture and objects, but please put back in original location.
-If it requires using a tool to remove, or opening a cabinet or a drawer, please ask first.
*For crews lager than 15, we do require a portable toilet on site for a second bathroom (we can provide a suggestion, which usually runs less than $100/day).
-Food and drink consumed only in kitchen area or outside.
-No smoking on the property.
-No animals allowed without prior approval.
-Alcohol must be consumed responsibly.
-No Personal Parties.

Health and Safety Measures
The space is cleaned and sanitized between each production.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
