About the Space
This newly built Modern Farmhouse is full of unique spaces. With plenty of natural light, gorgeous tile throughout, textured wallpaper in the beautiful entry way and a mix of black and white with a touch of gold gives this farmhouse a modern look. The open concept floor plan and vaulted ceilings makes for a spacious feel. The fabulous light fixtures in each room will wow you. The Master bath vibe was designed to replicate a hotel or spa, lots of warm tones, wood and mix of black and white tile make it very inviting and tranquil. The gated entry and long driveway lead you to the house which is slightly raised up on a small hill surrounded by 2 acres of fully grown trees. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

I used this space for a lifestyle and branding shoot. It was absolutely perfect. The home is spacious, airy, immaculately decorated , with lots of natural light for photography. There are several beautiful interior and exterior spaces which gave me a lot of versatility for my photos. The host Stephanie was a pleasure to work with. She was pleasant, prompt in all communications and very accommodating. I would definitely recommend this space if your looking to covey a chic, modern, luxe yet cozy aesthetic for your event or shoot.
