About the Space
Boutique spa in North miami. 1 block from Publix and the Home Depot, located in a premium area. The spa offers 7 different services ( microblading, mani & pedi, massages, make up, etc). Perfect spot for private events, catering, day spa, photo shooting, etc. We offer every month “sushi day spa”, that includes with any service you take, sushi and champagne.

General Rules
No smoking inside the spa. Outside the spa, an area available for catering and drinks. Music available in all areas of the spa.
All ages are allowed in the space

2 cameras inside the spa (1in the reception and 1 in the hall)
2 outside (1 in the front and 1 at the back in the parking)
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
We take very serious cleaning and Desinfection in our spa. A professional we hire takes care of that.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
