About the Space

The Bushwick Ballroom features 3 full sides of wall to wall windows in this 10,000 square foot space! Complete with unisex, gendered, and ADA bathrooms, this studio is the perfect event space or holding space for your large-scale production. It also offers direct access to our freight elevator and loading dock. **EVENTS SERVING ALCOHOL WILL NEED LIQUOR PERMITS AND WILL BE SUBJECT TO A SPECIAL EVENT RATE**

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Disposable gloves
  • Disposable masks / face coverings
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:

The space has informational signage including:

This space was exactly what we were looking for! It was easy to get to and amazing natural lighting. Def would recommend this space for filmmaking.

It was great communication and Rachel was very accommodative! Unfortunately the price is too expensive for the area and I would recommend finding something cheaper next time!

Rachel’s space is a perfect location and everything needed in one spot! We booked this space for a film shoot and it did not disappoint. The team ensured we had everything we needed to set us up for a successful day of shooting. I would highly recommend this studio. Rachel ensured personal touches as well as keeping the space very cool without the sound of an ac unit- perfect for filming. The spaces offered are extremely versatile and adaptable to everything we needed. We will absolutely be back and if you’re considering booking, please do it! You will not be disappointed!

Amazing large space! Very easy to load in with the freight and loading dock. Love the private parking as well.

Beautiful space, could do with brighter overhead lights but they do have a big rental list with lighting. Parking situation is expensive and they only have 3 spots to spare at any given time. Otherwise very friendly staff that are present and accommodating.

I recently rented the Bushwick Ballroom for a photo/ video shoot. It is such a huge space with so much natural light. Plus the freight elevator that opens right up to the floor which made my load in and load out so easy. They even let me pop up to their 4th floor studios to take a few shots as well. Super clean and just stunning. It’s a must rent for photo and video creatives !
