Brand new, beautiful, 1800 square foot studio for photography and video shoots. Centrally located a few minutes away from downtowns art district with paid on site parking. There are truck loading bays available if u need to offload equipment. The building also has a large freight elevator that is available for use during the week from 8am-6pm and on Saturday from 8am to 1pm. The elevator is operated by an attendant. PARKING - parking for building is available on the Alameda st. side of the building. Parking is $7 for the entire day. The studio is located on the 5th floor of the building. There is also 2 restrooms on the 5th floor one door down from the studio. Access to studio features a digital key pad were each guess with be given a private code to enter the studio. Studio is open 7 days a week. 24 hours a day. Our studio has 4 different unique sets that can be used for your creative needs and also includes a 9ft paper backdrop with multiple colors including a green screen backdrop. The studio also has one large window that is great for natural lighting and also provides a view of the beautiful downtown skyline. Black out curtains are on the window just incase all light needs to be blocked out. Each of our sets include unique furniture that can be moved around the space for your creative needs. If u do need to move furniture around it must be put back were it was originally before u leave the studio. Equipment rental - our studio also offers lighting and a wide variety of camera rental equipment for great prices. Here is a list of equipment we have for rent.
