Guests have access to the parking pad directly outside the unit for 1 vehicle and there is ample street parking. Please let us know if you will be parking more than one car. More cars will need to be parked on the street. However, the city of Bremerton has a strictly enforced 2 hour parking limit for street parking. We do have a green parking pass available to put on your dashboard. You will need to write in the dates that you will be parking in the street. Please let us know in advance if you need the pass.

○ Quiet time/noise: We are located in a residential community and as such we ask that you respect their privacy and their right to a peaceful existence. Specifically, between the hours of 10pm and 8am noise should be kept to a minimum. ○ No Pets ○ Absolutely no smoking inside the house or on the property. Extra cleaning fees to remove odor and stains may be applied. ○ No parties, gatherings > 6 people ○ Be gentle with our 100 year old plumbing. Our pipes are “historic” - Please scrap all food into the trash and avoid letting anything down the kitchen sink. The toilet only likes our provided paper in small quantities. Please absolutely NO hygiene products or flushable wipes.
