All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Really beautiful space and the manager working there was delightful. It was a bit of an odd set-up with several classes going on in the next room at the same time as my booking. The exit for that class was through the studio I booked and people milled about and walked in and out while we were shooting. Not an ideal situation for a photo shoot. I would not have booked this if I had known ahead of time, but after driving 3 hours and not having a back-up plan, plus paying for this meant we had to make it work. Great light. Large space. Great location. Maybe request to book both rooms if you plan on using this for a photoshoot.

Beautiful space with big open windows for that lovely natural light, also clean with a great aesthetics with the plants and plenty of room for a video-shoot I did, would come back, THANK YOU
