About the Space
The Sageuary is a film/photo/event location based around the Miami Beach islands. The space was coined as "The Sageuary" due to its tranquil, flowing, bohemian energy and design. A tastefully designed peaceful and serene space boasts a spacious floor plan with volume ceilings, that makes it easy to achieve your vision. An outdoor oasis that includes furniture, an imported solid wood dining gazebo covered experience to seat 20. Indoor Chef’s Cooking Island kitchen with a dining table to seat 10. Yoga & Meditation Room. 2 bathrooms. Front Exposure faces West so the large front room windows invite the magic hour rays into the space. Sonos surround sound, wifi, outside grill, are all available for use. Perfect for both small and large crews. This home was created to bring people together and provide an opportunity for creativity and connection. The Sageuary has hosted successful events such as dinner parties, meditations, yoga, sound healing, music gatherings, speaker panels, and more. The owner has career experience working at Los Angeles production companies and can support any TV, Film, Vlog, or Podcast teams when on set.

Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
