About the Space

This is a 30 acre ranch that has an avocado grove, barns for horses, a 1/2 football field, swimming pool with pool house, 500 seat amphitheater, 12,000 mansion with 6 bedrooms, 8 baths. The mansion includes a large party room that can hold several hundred guests and a patio off of it that has killer views, and ver upscale decor. There are several parking areas for trucks, semis, cars, vans. The home is on top of a hill with an incredible view all 4 directions. We are within a mile or so of the Reagan Library in Moorpark, right on the Simi Valley side of the 23 freeway. Very posh estate, with beautiful views of other ranches, and other groves. The interior of the home is decorated very masculine and big bold furniture and decor. Amazing kitchen with a 16 foot marble island, with double appliances, and a caterers kitchen, wine cellar and large walk in pantry
