About the Space
We frequently host rehearsals, recording sessions, and events in our larger Studio B room. We have a green room, seating available, amps/drums/PA/microphones included as a backline, and a large bathroom with a shower. We offer an audio engineer with all types of rentals, as well as complimentary lighting options that include LED panels, and stage lights.

Lighting description
We have large floor to ceiling windows in our Studio B room, with option for black-out and sound-proof curtains. It's brightest midday, so 11am-2pm.

Ambient noise description
We operate as a recording studio as well, so we have little to no ambient noise when inside the rooms with the doors closed. AC has slight noise, we tend to turn it off for vocal recordings to play it safe. The street is quiet, no neighbors that are loud.

Equipment can be loaded through the front door, we are a single-story facility and wheelchair accessible meaning there are ramps from the parking lot into each space.

General Rules
No alcohol or smoking of any kind inside the building
Outside catering is allowed
Ticketing and sales of merchandise at events is allowed

Furniture and decorations may be moved
Anything can be moved around in Studio B besides the center console/desk, but all amps and musical gear including rugs and furniture can be moved no problem.

There are cameras that are on in the main studio space to prevent theft
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
All equipment is cleaned between uses, and general areas are cleaned multiple times weekly. We also use air purifiers and encourage keeping doors open when not recording.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
